Bettina Peifer - Coordinator


Bettina Peifer holds a MSc in Political Science with more than ten years working experience in development and environmental policies with a strong link to gender issues.

For several years, she worked for the Heinrich Boell Foundation in Berlin, Brussels and Tel Aviv on development policy strategies and projects. After that, she went to the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, closely cooperating with the German Ministry for Development Cooperation and the GIZ. For the German Ministry for the Environment she focussed on International Water Policy being involved into the EU working groups on the European Water Initiative and a member of delegation to the meetings of the Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) and to the World Water Forum.

Bettina Peifer was a founding member of the Learning Dialogue Network e.V. and is especially interested in global learning concepts.
