New manual from partners of Women2030 project : The gender impact assessment and monitoring tool

Initiated in March 2016, Women2030 programme is constituted by a coalition of 5 women and gender network organizations. They cooperate together in order to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) taking into account the gender and climate fairness.

In order to help women and gender civil society organizations to implement the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable, WECF and its partners of the Women2030 have elaborated this Gender impact assessment and monitoring tool (GIM tool). This set of practical instruments has different objectives:

“It will create a basis of comparable data for the project Women2030. The first part of the tool intends to provide partners with a practical and ready-to-use methodology to conduct a gender assessment. The main goal of this tool is to help Civil society organization to establish a baseline for their work and a methodology to monitor the impact of their activities. Lastly, this tool could allow Civil society organization to collect information and data that can be used in their advocacy and fundraising activities."
